Clinical Supervision
For Pre-Licensed Therapists
Supportive, collaborative supervision for therapists who are building their identity and confidence in the field.
Beginning your work as a therapist is full of big feelings—excitement, self-doubt, curiosity, and a deep desire to help others. Whether you're collecting hours toward LMFT licensure in Tennessee or simply hoping to feel more grounded in your work, I offer clinical supervision that’s relational and grounded in authenticity.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT-Approved Supervisor Candidate, I bring a relational and trauma-informed lens to supervision. My own clinical work centers women, teens, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals—especially those navigating neurodivergence, OCD, PMDD, and complex family systems. I love supporting supervisees who share that calling, though this is not a requirement in working with me.
My approach to supervision is collaborative. We’ll explore clinical cases together, reflect on your unique therapeutic voice, and hold space for the inner work that comes with being a helping professional. My practice is integrative, as I draw from a variety of modalities including:
Feminist and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks
Solution Focused Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Family Systems Theory
Somatic and mindfulness-based approaches
Narrative Therapy
The Gottman Method
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Supervision with me may include:
Case consultation and clinical skill-building
Processing transference/countertransference and identity-based dynamics
Integrating theory with intuition and lived experience
Support around burnout, boundaries, and imposter syndrome
Honoring cultural, spiritual, and neurodivergent identities in the therapy room
I offer both individual and dyadic supervision, virtually or in person, depending on your needs.
If you're looking for a supervision space that welcomes all parts of you—the clinician, the human, the work-in-progress—I’d love to connect. Reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions.
I'm completing my AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate training with the guidance of Dr. Chris Gonzalez, LMFT, who supports my ongoing development as a clinical supervisor.
