In couples therapy, I work with all types of relationships—including married, engaged, dating, LGBTQ+, and those in nontraditional relationship structures. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent couples (including ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD partnerships) who are looking for a space that understands and honors different ways of processing, communicating, and experiencing the world.

My approach is relational, solution-focused, and neuro-affirming. I integrate therapeutic methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Narrative Therapy, adapting these tools to ensure they are accessible and effective for neurodivergent brains. Together, we will create a customized plan that moves away from 'fixing' one another and toward building a relationship that supports both of your unique nervous systems.
